Costs involved in having a house built.
Building prices for a standard quality start around 700€ per square meter (aprox 10.60 square feet). This includes plumbing and electricity installation, but does not cover the costs of connections.
DIY You can of course, build yourself.
Building permission is obtained from the local town hall. The price is aprox 4% of official building estimate.
Approved architects plans are required for all buildings, with a cost of 8.7% of estimated building price.
How long does it take to build? Three to six months, depending on size.
Restoration of an old building o ruin needs a permission.
JCB/ Bulldozers You might like to change the ground with a bit of machining. Prices on hourly (from 30€) or daily rate.
